Tips for Applicants
If you are applying for a position, we recommend the following:
- Prepare for your application. Have your information readily available. Some applications can take a while and request a lot of information such as prior employers, and references.
- Read/review the application page for any instructions prior to beginning your application.
- Use a resume tailored to the position for which you are applying. Do not write “See Resume” if the company you are applying to has asked you to complete all fields.
- Review your application before submitting it to check for any spelling errors, or missing information.
- Don’t skip any required fields. This will result in an error when you submit. If a required field does not appear to apply to your situation, enter N/A or Not Applicable into the field. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk *.
- Have a solid internet connection so you don’t lose your connection to the application.
- Make sure your browser allows cookies.
- Contact the HR department of the company you are applying to if you have specific questions about the position, or application materials.
