Date Format on Application

Most dates are formatted MM/DD/YYYY on the employment application. If you format the date incorrectly you may see a pop up window that will let you know the correct format.

Example Incorrect Date:

The above date is missing the 0 in 12/01/2015.

Example Correct Date:

Please note when there are two dates for a From/To response, both fields are required. You cannot leave a field blank, or write “Current” or “Present” in these fields.

If you are currently employed, we recommend writing today’s date in the “To” field in the employment section.
