Having Trouble with Resume Upload, Attachment Page or Signing the Application?

The resume upload is designed to save time on your application by allowing you to upload it and have it put your information into the corresponding fields.

Typical fields include:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number(s)
  • Email Address
  • Name of School(s)
  • Former employer(s)

Sometimes the resume parsing will not read your resume or CV perfectly due to how things are formatted or written. Please review your application carefully, and correct any errors before submitting your application.

Resumes can be deleted from the Attachments tab if you need to upload a new one.

Uploading Attachments

If you cannot upload from the attachments (typically called “attachments”) tab please reload reload the page and try again.

Common Reasons Why File May Not Upload:

  • File is mis-named it will not save. Examples
    • MyResume 09.2018.docx would not work as there is an extra dot in the file name.
    • Or named My Resume.doxc (typo in the extension). To fix make sure your file is saved as a DOC, DOCX or PDF.
    • You have an unusual character in your file name like ! or / or extra dots.
  • File is too large – should be under 1 MB in size. Larger files will take longer to upload. Contact your HR department for portfolios or other larger documents.
